The causes of low self confidence
A lack of self confidence and self esteem can have many different causes, but one of the most common causes, is social anxiety, or social phobia.
Social phobia revolves around a fear of how others see you, what they think of you, and feeling that whatever you're doing is getting noticed.
Someone with social phobia can feel that the lack confidence in doing things, because if they try to do something, they feel that someone might judge them negatively because of it.
